Every Vyren order is handled with care and dispatched promptly. We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide.
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional fee at checkout)
- Order Processing: 1–2 business days before dispatch
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your frames every step of the way.
Returns
We stand behind every frame we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging.
How to Return
- Email us at benjamintebele6@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
- Drop off your package and your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Final sale items and customized frames are not eligible for return.
